We collect account information (name, email, organization phone, and workspace settings), patient demographic data, and diagnostic test records provided by laboratory technicians solely for rendering diagnostic software services.

3. Data Security & Storage

All healthcare and diagnostic data is stored using encrypted database infrastructure with strict multi-tenant data isolation per laboratory workspace. Data access is restricted to authorized personnel governed by granular permission roles.

4. No Data Monetization

RFID Software India Private Limited does NOT sell, rent, or monetize patient or laboratory data to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

5. 15-Day System Audit Trail Retention Policy

Operational activity logs, security access attempts, technician modifications, and audit trail entries are automatically retained for 15 calendar days. Records older than 15 days are automatically purged daily at 1:00 PM IST via automated Cloud Schedulers. Entitled subscribers can download raw daily JSON Lines audit files anytime within this 15-day window.
