1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and RFID Software India Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the AI Laboratory System application available at ailaboratorysystem.com (developed by RFID Software India Private Limited at rfidsoftwares.com).
2. Commercial SaaS License
Under your subscription plan, RFID Software India Private Limited grants your laboratory a non-transferable, non-exclusive commercial license to use the AI Laboratory System software for patient management, diagnostic result processing, financial invoicing, and report generation.
3. User Responsibilities & Patient Data Security
Laboratory administrators and technical staff are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of user login credentials, verifying diagnostic accuracy prior to final verification, and ensuring patient records are processed in compliance with local medical privacy regulations.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All software code, database architecture, design systems, algorithms, trademarks, and logos (including "RFID Software India" and "AI Laboratory System") are the exclusive intellectual property of RFID Software India Private Limited. Reverse engineering or unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited.
5. System Logging & 15-Day Audit Retention
System audit trails, technician activity logs, and hardware interfacing telemetry are retained automatically for 15 calendar days. Records older than 15 days are permanently purged on a rolling daily schedule at 1:00 PM IST. Laboratories requiring permanent archival may download raw audit log files within the 15-day active retention window.
