1. Subscription Plans
RFID Software India Private Limited offers SaaS subscription plans (Free Trial, Monthly, and Annual Enterprise subscriptions) for our product AI Laboratory System (ailaboratorysystem.com).
2. Free Trial Period
New laboratory signups are entitled to a 7-day Premium Free Trial. You may test all advanced capabilities without any initial billing.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel your active subscription at any time through the Billing & Subscription portal. If cancelled within 48 hours of subscription renewal due to service issues, a prorated refund may be requested by contacting support.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days via our payment gateway partner.
